Enabling organizers and leaders to win people-powered campaigns to advance health justice.

win ~ grow ~ get better

Coaching Clinics:

We create spaces with health justice leaders and leaders working on people powered grassroots campaigns to come together and engage in coaching conversations. This space primarily focuses on sharing challenges by leaders, practicing coaching each other to find solutions to challenges collectively and to take away learnings and implement them on ground.

Our Programs

Orientation to Organizing:

In partnership with the Leading Change Network, we led two OTO sessions. These sessions are first touchpoints to understand the community organizing framework for leaders who want to run people powered campaigns. The session includes teaching of the 5 leadership practices of the framework focusing on specific case studies.

Collaborative Workshops:

In partnership with the Leading change Network and People, Power Health, we organized a 3 day workshop from 23rd to 25th September, 2023 with 50+ leaders and organizers from across the globe. The workshop focused on teaching, coaching and practicing the leadership practices of shared stories, strategy and structure with the help of a case study: Cedars-Sinai Union Contract Fight 2022.

Our current program:

We are leading a leadership strengthening program with 7 leaders across the globe working on intersectional health justice campaigns. The purpose of the program is to strengthen leadership by training, coaching and real time on ground campaigns to win, grow, get better and to create an impact in the larger health justice movement.

Along with the core team, through our program, our leaders take ownership to organize these spaces and strategize for change together.

Program Structure:

  • Monthly all join call where all leaders join to learn and practice about a specific leadership practice

  • Monthly coaching calls between core team who are coaches and the leaders to work on their next course of action using

  • Prep and planning meetings by specific teams to make this successful
